INGREDIENTS:

800 g lamb meat from the leg, 1 green, red and yellow pepper, 125 ml olive oil 4 garlic cloves, 2 sprigs rosemary, 2 sprigs thyme, 2 sprigs marjoram, 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel. Also: 4 onions, 2-3 tablespoons olive oil 2 garlic cloves, 100 ml white wine, 100 ml vegetable stock, salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 pinch cayenne pepper, herb branches for garnish.


PREPARATION: Wash
