spinach lasagna Hack-e
Ingredients for 6 persons:
2 onion 1 clove garlic 1.5 tbsp olive oil
TK-450 g spinach
salt pepper sugar
600 g mixed Hack
2 tablespoons tomato paste
500 g crushed tomatoes 1 teaspoon

3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons flour
1 / 2 l milk 1 teaspoon vegetable

15-18 lasagne sheets 100 g Gouda
first Onion and garlic and chop finely. 1 / 2 tablespoon oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion half in it. Frozen spinach and 100 ml of water, covered thaw at medium heat 14-16 minutes. Then open simmer 5-6 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
