Ingredients for 12 pieces:
280 g flour
salt
120 g of lavender blossom honey
40 g butter, liquid
1 egg (Class M)
3 roasted El pine nuts,
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons red grape juice 150 g caster sugar

1 tsp lavender flowers (Pharmacy)

first Heat the milk just warm. Dissolve yeast in it. Flour, 1 pinch of salt and 40 g of honey in a bowl. A hollow form. Pour yeast milk. Covered with a tea towel in a warm place about 15 minutes let go.
